Our goal at River Heath is to deliver your prescriptions to your doorstep as soon as possible. Delivery times depend on the type of prescriptions and your location. You will receive a message with your tracking number when your medication leaves the pharmacy.

It takes three (3) days to deliver medications to River Health members in the Midwest, South, and East Coast. It may take up to (5) days for prescriptions to reach members on the West Coast.

Refills are shipped directly from the River Health pharmacy before your medication runs out, ensuring that there are no gaps. Your refill will arrive five (5) days before your meds run out. Don't hesitate to contact your River Health concierge if your refills don't arrive on time.

Delayed or Missing Medication

Delivery times may be impacted by weather and other unpredictable events. Send a message to your River Health concierge if your prescription doesn't arrive on time. We will transfer your prescription to your local pharmacy.
