Contact your River Health primary care provider through the chat window on the River Health web or mobile app for medical questions. Please do not share medical data through our general inquiries support widget.

For questions related to prescriptions, lab testing, or appointment booking, send a message directly to your River Health Concierge. Every member gets a dedicated concierge after enrolling in a River Health Plan.
